1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.

Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team with your order details and a photo of the product.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
